Day 994 - The Garden

I have been in a lot of pain this week...  My physio did a bit of manipulation on the inside of my knee on Tuesday night and it's been sore ever since.  I have also had some sciatica type pain for the last 3 days in my butt and down my leg, although I don't have any back pain so I'm not entirely sure what it is...

So, after walking Aonghus and doing a much needed clean in the kitchen and living room, I had a hot bath followed by a lazy afternoon on the couch with a bag of frozen peas!

Hopefully tomorrow will be better - I hate wasted weekends!
