Upgaze

As a renovation of the former Royal Insurance Building in Liverpool, the Aloft Hotel certainly has swanky premises. Here's the view right up the centre of the hotel to the cupola - one of many in Liverpool.

It also has reasonable breakfasts (except for the coffee - had to order an Americano on the side), huge comfortable mattresses, and great showers.

Overall, definitely a hotel that got the thumbs up.
