Cape Cornwall

Today's walk of six and a half miles from Cape Cornwall started really well with gentle ups and downs but by the time we had stopped for lunch the terrain had changed to rocky and boggy. We even had to negotiate with Highland cattle for right of way.

This is a picture of Cape Cornwall with the Brison rocks, better known as General Charles de Gaulle doing the backstroke, in the background. Another difficult walk. Tick. (For those of you who may be interested, the hut on the left contains the loos.)

Thank you very much for your comments and please accept my apologies for not reciprocating.

Tomorrow we hope to complete the walk to Zennor plus a mile we've missed between Lands End and Sennen and then we've walked between Porthcurno and Portreath without a break. Not in one go of course.
