Walking Therapy
After a dreadful week, I decided to try and clear my head and go walking.
My day consisted of getting up at 5:20am, leaving all my food at home, 6 hours on public transport, 28km of walking (with a munro in the middle), a toenail which is probably going to fall off, lots of avoiding deer, a bit of falling over, and endlessly singing the same song in my head for 7 hours.
I’m probably feeling a bit happier though!
