dude

On the plane all night, long queue for visa, bus to hotel, breakfast and shower.

Then off to the Leonard Cheshire Home at Menegeshe where the surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses were assessing the patients for surgery .  54 patients to see, 35 seen today and the rest tomorrow. A mix of NOMA, hyena bites, congenital deformities and facial tumours. Some discharged, some referred, others to be operated on over the next two weeks. My job was to photograph them all...my first experience of medical photography.

Saw this cool dude on the way to lunch.

Time for bed now.
