First fire

Busy day, planning for the 'visitors' next week at work. Mum and dad hacked away at the escallonia in my garden, as I wrote lesson plans in the kitchen. It seems to be about 6ft wide in places. (The hedge, not the lesson plans.)
Tonight is the first fire of Autumn :-)
