Do I dare ?

I'm no good at photographing people, and feel very uncomfortable taking photos of them without asking permission. This chap passing the local pub was too good to miss though, and happily obliged with his " hard man " look. I asked if he minded being seen online, and he told me he'd been featured lots of times already and was quite OK with it.
He styles his hair himself, and it'll last like this for about three days. I'd love to see what it looks like when it starts to droop.
