Had a lovely visit from the Irish contingent of the family today. Lovely to see everyone.

Aside from that, a bit of work and another letter from my GP to basically tell me she wants to refer me to a heart specialist (in addition to pain consultant, my gynaecologist and potentially a bowel consultant) - it's been a quiet day.

Except in my head. In my head I have heard a lot of screaming and crying.
