Party

We all went out this am to the craft fair which is part of the town arts festival, it was in the broadway and the church and plenty people were out & about. C found a stall where you could paint a wooden shield and did a lovely job crafting one. It now has pride of place in the middle of his bedroom door by special request!

We went to our little friend Fern's naming ceremony & 1st birthday party this afternoon - it was lovely with some special, moving readings then a nice get together in a country pub afterwards. I enjoyed 2 gorgeous cupcakes - a great treat after a month of dieting and C enjoyed running around after the other boys and his party bag!
