I was watching the Rugby after a very traumatic day (phase one of clearing the loft - well reducing the contents anyway, two trailer loads to the 'Recycle Centre', ie rubbish tip) when I realised that I did not have a blip.  A quick shot captured the tv screen and the mirror on the wall.  A bit of a crop and a quick blip is achieved.

This is my second (or is it third) apology for not catching up with the comments.  Many thanks for all of yours over the last few days.
