Sky

This morning on the beach I heard a splash and then caught this Kingfisher doing what they do- fishing - and flying away with a fish.   Didn’t have the bigger lens and it’s not tack sharp but I totally missed that lovely rainbow light til I saw it on the computer….. A walk in the woods in the rain and the whole afternoon in the studio in the rain..(the Saturday opera was La Juive, by Fromental Halevy -now who has ever heard of that one?)   Trying to figure out the new stuff on lr (what was wrong with the old?)  I’m about to go light the sauna, (it’s stopped raining…and the light is now lovely) and there is a pot of leftover soup for dinner.


It's the simple things. Bliss.
