Chester or Cheddar

Angie's ride & walk took her in the direction of Hawangen so when the call came to pick up Flash, took the opportunity to visit the local dairies "Factory" shop and buy my supply of officially named Chester but also sold if one asks if they have Cheddar. Regardless, it's a reasonable attempt for a virtually unknown cheese type in these parts. I think it costs about 8 Euros/kg.

With the debate on milk prices, interesting to note Aldi & Lidl have agreed here to pay an extra 5 cents/liter for milk because of the "extraordinary difficulties in the local dairy farming community".
