Blossom

Coffee at our local nursery where I got to take many images of the flora there, (they do not mind me phaffing around with my camera).
A 1907 Sizaire et Naudin race car was also on display linking in with the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Nichols nursery.  The old car arrived in NZ in 1908 to race in some of NZ's first racing events.
My sister arrived this evening, from Melbourne, for a two week holiday with us.  So good to see her.
Evening meal of fish and chips with family then home to start catching up with all our doings.  The garden of the family home where we had tea is looking pretty with its fruit trees in blossom and spring bulbs nodding their heads to us and a mass of self sown pansy's carpeting any spare ground.  Beautiful sunset too.
The young cousins enjoyed playing together whilst we adults enjoyed their antics and got to play with them too!  Even the family cat looked content with all the extras around.
