Fire

Finally finished stripping the front bedroom this morning.  Still have to remove the polystyrene ceiling tiles but trying to avoid it for now.  We were then joined by Grez who came to help destroy stuff.  Don't think he realised what he had let himself in for as everything in this house is put together with thousands of nails and solid.  It took him all day to knock out two shelving units which sounds like a long time but considering how well they were made is amazing.  Thanks Grez!
I spent the afternoon burning some of the tons of wood we have to get rid of.  Got this little burning bin from the local hardware shop and I love it. 
Stus mom and dad popped round this afternoon to see the house for the first time.  Not sure what they thought as it is in a terrible mess.  Looking forward to having them round for dinner when its all finished. 
Off to see Katie in her dance show tonight so off to get ready now.
