Double Akubra

A really lovely social day today - starting with a 3-year-old birthday party in the park and a catch-up with some friends, and finishing with a homecoming barbecue for some friends who have returned from a 3-month trip down the East coast of Australia.

Patch (pictured here) was at both.

In the middle, I also managed to pull up some floors tiles in the kitchen. I can't wait to have them all up now. It's possibly the worst DIY job I've ever done.

In other news, Freddy came over to stay the night - he and Miles were awesome and both went to bed without any problem.
