Blip No.1
Day 1: Apparently yesterday was National Sports Day. Didn't know until midday. Seemed like a good weekend to start my personal 100 Days of Fitness Challenge. I had initially planned to start the journey with a 10 year overdue hike of a nearby hill early this morning, but that was foiled by an alarm that failed to ring. Pushed through with yoga at home and working on my rather shaky core. Here's to at least 100 days of commitment!
Car battery gave up yesterday. That thwarted my initial plans of kickstarting this journey with a vigorous morning yoga lesson. Bummer! Starting 100 Days of Fitness on National Sports Day sounds better than on the day after...
On a side note, one of my best friends scolded me for being born a man; first day of monthly pangs.
Aural obsession continues to be Rahman's Ye Jo Des Hai Tera two months now.
