Liverpool Food & Drink Festival

What a cracking day!

We had to drive to Liverpool to take our son back to uni for his 2nd year. The house he and his friends are renting is a 5 minute walk from Sefton Park where the festival was held.

We arrived at the house with a car full of belongings to find that he was missing one of the front door keys. The other lad who had arrived was out. 

We mooched around the festival while he waited for his friend to arrive. It was a fab afternoon - the sun was out, the food and drink was excellent and there was a fun party atmosphere. 

Better still, we got back to find the car empty and our son organising his things in the house. Just time for a guided tour before our drive home.
