Danish Restaurant

Went to this nice restaurant for lunch.
Not sure if it was just because it was a Tuesday lunchtime or if it is normally quiet, but we were about the only people there.
Had a local dish which was omelette with roast pork, the pork was more like pork crackling.
The bacon in the restaurant at breakfast was also very well done and crispy, I think that might be a Danish thing.
