Lago d'Arpy

.... a great trip just over the border in Italy to meet with Swisspiper and Malcolmseye for a couple of days hiking. In the extra, they are by the lake with Piper, their lovely 14 year old dog. What a treat to visit an area that I had never been to and the weather was just perfect. Piper even went swimming! The orange trees are larches which are only this colour over 2,000m at the moment.
