Empty streets

When the cars are home, the road work starts. With the streets relatively empty (well, they are never really empty here), road renovation in the city is mostly done at night. We've had a few sleepless nights with the road work trucks beeping all night restoring the FDR (the ring road next to our house). Seems like the work has moved on to 62nd street, here on the picture on my way back from improv practice. Lonely walk in the empty streets. I wish I was in NL, for ~pkln's birthday! Happy birthday! Thinking of you :)
