Sunshine

I'm sure the weather we have actually had this weekend is much better than the forecast predicted. Sunshine today which Bailey fully appreciated once he decided to give up his bed for the back step and then the patio. I had less work than usual this morning - no marking for  change but quite a bit of prep. and all done well before lunch. I decided to finally tackle the under stairs cupboard and didn't get too much 'help' from Bailey. 

We had a visit from the bestest friend and the favourite which made Bailey very happy and then a walk around the biggest block after a couple more jobs. Bailey staged a couple of sit-ins and even a lie-in after a chance encounter with his favourite but we did get home eventually. 

He has then spent most of the evening in the garden after a final walk around the block after tea - almost glove wearing temperature. He did come in eventually - after Strictly had finished - and is finally settled and asleep in his bed. And that'll be another weekend done.
