Let's bake

It seemed like a good idea at the time. A minute later the icing sugar was everywhere, the pastry still too frozen to roll and apples got slightly overcooked 'cause I forgot about them and left them on the hob for too long.
The result was perfectly edible, just not as great as my usual bakes.
