Risotto

Butternut squash risotto from the bbc good food. Part of the thanksgiving meal I prepared today for friends. We had tomato and basil soup, maple glazed ham, potatoes, carrot and parsnip mash, gravy, stuffing, pumpkin pie and scooshie cream and risotto. Yummy thankfully!
