A yellow tree

The leaves are still holding on to yellow here..maybe because it is still so much like late summer.  We are finally getting below freezing so maybe the remaining trees will turn yellow.

This big cottonwood is down by the creek about a half mile away. Only had the phone when I went to this location, should have had the camera. One day I will learn to take it everywhere!
