The plumber woke me up early this morning!

I have a busy but uneventful day ahead and one of my sister needs some "techy" help so I'm expecting her at some point.

So... A photo of "Look No Hands Mum" in Shoreditch - a bicycle-cum- cafe where we had breakfast yesterday. I had scrambled eggs on sour bread toast. A man sized portion that I had no chance of finishing but set me up for the day. In fact, I've not eaten since!
