Quick trip to Petersfield this morning for essentials from the Bran Tub (health shop).

A quiet afternoon and planning a mostly plain week as I am conserving my unpredictable energy in preparation for going on Sunday to an 8-day silent retreat (mostly silent - we speak at supper, except on Friday which is totally silent). I am eagerly looking forward to this.
