Advertising at the Station

This week heralds the build up to War Time Weekend in Pickering. The station is being dressed, shops are dressing their windows and the closure of the Market Place announced.

Just awaiting the arrival of large numbers of people dressed in appropriate garb.

This poster at the station caught my eye. My mother was a particular fan of Birds Custard Powder.
