Walk in the woods

Tough yoga session today . Our yoga teacher went to California on a course and I reckon we are now seeing the result of it.
So there are a lot of us walking around today with muscles stretched we never knew existed.

Finally finished upgrading my web-site. It felt like writing my own obituary.

Decided a walk in Mine woods was called for.
