Parasol mushroom
Yesterday I picked several parasol mushrooms to make them like schnitzels today - it's a Czech delicacy (probably even Slovan dish) unfortunately one of the parasols almost melted and blackened. I wasn't brave enough to process it like this. Czechs love wild mushrooms but there are also several mushroom poisonings reported. In the evening we went to sauna and meanwhile I let my first sourdough bread rolls rise. I finished baking them after 10pm and we had to taste one. It was delicious.
