Tired

I Aleppo in again so another weekend without running. Oh dear.
Went to the shops early to do the food shop and get a birthday present.
Then did lots of washing and work. Made a curry and watched Strictly Come Dancing on catch up. Loved it.
After spending the day tired, I went to bed and realised I couldn't sleep. It's awful to lie there willing sleep to come.
