Yarrow....late bloomer

I was looking for something new still blooming in my garden and I found this small yarrow plant.. I liked this shot because you can see the fallen leaf and the little fly along with the white yarrow. I love being surprised when I look closely at photos I have taken. I like to use the yarrow flowers and leaves in my flower arrangements; it makes a good filler.

We took a really long walk today to the lake; it was lovely out on this nice day. I didn't take my camera so I missed many great shots of Canada Geese, Ducks, Osprey, fall colors, reflections in the water and a bright blue sky. Oh well, a good memory.
