Early morning walk...

Kids went into school early this morning for breakfast club so hubby & I could get stuck into work early. Was so beautiful we decided to have an early morning walk into the centre centre and back. This is us passing the Belfast City Hall on out way to Botanic Gardens. Needed to clear our heads, whilst the kids have been very brave with the loss of our precious Earl, with tears occasionally, my husband & I haven't been so good. Every sound, doors opening, the kids wakening early getting into bed with us, we keep think it's Earl. He was such a big part of our lives for so long it's going to take a long time to adjust to life without his sweet chattering, snuggles and purring constantly in our ears and following us around the house meowing. Even the way the cushion on the sofa was sitting yesterday looked like ears sitting up when my husband walked into the room for a moment it looked like a Earl lying there. We are all feeling his loss so much.
