These Foolish Things

Sometimes they go for the posh in the canteen, and I just can't resist it. Today was apple fool in a wineglass (Hello @wewantplates) on a very dainty doilly. And since I estimate it was approximately 99% cream, not the healthiest of desserts. Good though.
