Orange peel fungus

Aleuria aurantia, the Orange Peel Fungus, starts off as tiny cup shape, enlarging into a bowl and then often splitting. It is most frequently found on disturbed ground, it turns up every year on the reserve wherever we've scraped gorse and bracken away the previous winter.
