Wholemeal Sough Dough.
50% wholemeal flour sough dough recipe, hopefully finally got a starter which powerful enough to get a good rise. I think my brown recycle bin and the birds out in the garden are having too many free samples.
The culture of sough dough (Rye based) has been on the go for about 10 days with lots of TLC,
Autolyse while tomorrow in the fridge, kneed in the morning and baked at teatime tomorrow all being well so at the moment there "Nowt To See".
Made with organic ingredients all home grown to Yorkshire except for the sea salt ( Cheshire), the water comes from the lake district it brown because the source is spring fed, taste different to that from the corporate ones, am told its nice in with Whiskey but being tea total No comment.
