Lovely surprise....

Here's the top shelf of the kiln i fired yesterday....wooohoo...i've been trying to get that lovely rusty redish orange to work...and here it is...i love the combination of the warm rusty reds with the deep dark blue....so deep and strong!

In other news, it was a day off...but of course there were things to attend to....but i'm thankful for a somewhat slow day!

Market tomorrow....the last one for this year....woooppeee!   It's the middle of Celtic Colours here on the island and the place is buzzing with folks....usually the attendance (and sales) at this market are great...so wish me luck!!!
