Next Stop, Home!

So the holiday had to end sometime.

Had a nice journey back to London with Ed and Georgie in Barney, the purple Micra.

We stopped off in Burford in the Cotswolds on the way back and had some lunch. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with a chai latte. After lunch we went to shop connected to the cafe and purchased a lardy cake each. That will be perfect with a cup of tea tomorrow.

I got dropped at Kilburn Underground Station and made my way home via a stop off at Westfield in Stratford in order to buy a calf guard and some compression socks for my troublesome left calf.

Bournemouth Marathon on Sunday. Eek!
