It is done, 58.75 miles cycled for Force Cancer. I think I even enjoyed it.

I think it's easiest to focus on a point in front of you and then let your mind wander, I had for a short while the luck to be riding behind a Royal Marine who had the words 'Go Commando' emblazoned on his lycra clad derrière, that did the job just fine. Or it would have done had he not been travelling at three times my speed.
