Weekends go too quickly!

Henry tool ages to settle for bed last night, as his nap was too late, but then he slept in his cot until after midnight for the first time in ages!

Today we had Henry's swimming lesson (see today's blip - he ended up having an unscheduled submersion when he let go of the side he was meant to be holding onto!), did some tidying and sorting out and I took him for a walk around the village as Neil was tinkering with something in the fish tank and it was not going well - lots of swearing - so we left him to it for a while. The weather was lovely so we went around the village and listened to the birds and the wind in the trees.

He's definitely crawling forwards now but I don't think he realises that he can do it. If he sees something that he wants to grab then he manages, the rest of the time it's bottom shuffling and backwards crawling, combined with sitting and leaning, it's amazing how far he can reach without falling over!
