Early morning anemone

Out of the bedroom window I saw a spiders web that looked unusual so out I went with camera and  the light was all wrong and I could hardly see it.  As i was outside I decided to look around - loved this anemone with all the dew drops just raising its head.  It was a toss up between the red leaves (extra) or the anemone.
We went to U3A Photographic this morning and as our usual leader was on holiday we saw a DVD of National Photogrpahers.  They were disappointing in a lot of ways and I have seen better images at club - so perhaps we aren't so bad after all.  KG has gone to bowls again this afternoon and I am just amusing myself with photoshop.  We are going to go out for a meal this evening to a carvery in Winterbourne.  Looking forward to that.
