Birmingham New Street Station

This is the atrium of the newly refurbished station. The first floor has the cafes and stores including a large John Lewis, which is at the opposite end. This photo was taken in a hurry because of my train. I will look for a better position next time to capture the beauty and vastness of the atrium.  

The extra photo features a colleague who I had met for the first time in a workshop in London earlier this year. It was a very pleasant surprise to see her again today. She made sure that we were at the same table at the workshop.
