Running with city ....

slickers slackers.

Met up with stesedthat/99fotos and Steve Westen this morning for a 16 mile fell run over 6 tops.
They are both doing the Lakeland 50/100 mile race in a few weeks time.
I tagged along for my longest run this year and if I'm totally honest I dont think I have done myself any favours.
Still it was nice to be out running again with like minded folk...and scamp.

I had a few minutes spare before dumb and dumber arrived so took a snap of the fast running stream that runs into Haweswater.
