Abandoned drum

For the ides of October ... nothing significant ;) but a really hard choice for me. In the end I've gone with this, simply because I keep coming back to it, though I can't pinpoint why:

The other shot, in B&W and in colour, that almost took the day for me was this:

And I also got as close as I could to a tiny flower, maybe a cm across (this uncropped); not bad, I reckon.
