The Grand Jorrasse from Lago d'Arpy

A breathraking glorious, autumn day and I set out for my first proper mountain walk since the operation, in the company of SwissPiper, Piper and our good friend Hilary. Although I was slow the walk went well and I was able to reach my goal of the beautiful Lago d'Arpy. I was content to sit by the lakeside and drink in the view whilst the others went on and extended the walk.
