Spot the painter

This is the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. You get a great view across Portsmouth and the historic dockyard at the top. There was a great furore a few months ago when a sponsorship deal was made with Emirates Airlines who wanted the tower painted in their colours, which are red - the same colour as rival football team Southampton. After much fuss the tower was painted in Portsmouth FC colours. Today, there was some painting being done, the black dot on the middle of the tower is actually someone hanging there and painting. Rather them than me.
