St Ives

We finished off the Lands End to Sennen walk this morning, meaning we've finished between Boscastle and Porthcurno
except for a tidgy bit around Delabole. Quite an achievement when you look at the map.

We walked into St Ives this afternoon, had a pint at the Sloop, then fish and chips at the Beach Restaurant, which I can heartily recommend.

Then it started to get interesting. We wanted to catch the train back to Lelant as a request stop, if possible but otherwise we'd walk the mile from Lelant Saltings. The train didn't stop until St Erth, meaning we had to stay on the train to do the journey back to Lelant Saltings, or return to St Ives and try the request stop again. We bit the bullet and got off at Lelant Saltings. The walk home wasn't too bad.

Back to another thrashing of Canaster.

Packing up in the morning, then meeting Jennyg and Curlycarrie (with Alice) before heading up to Exmouth for the night and then home.
