Stir fry

I'm a bit fraught at the moment.  Work is busy busy, and my mobile has been playing up.  I had a full day at work.  And I had intended to just pop in to dad's on the way home.  

But on getting there, I noticed he hadn't taken his 4pm tablets.  On enquiry, I discovered that the carer who is supposed to visit, cook him a meal and remind him to take his tablets had not visited this evening.

So I had to sort him out some food before I could go home.

It was all a bit much.  Luckily, W was there to cook a lovely stir fry.  And we've managed a "factory reset" on my smart phone this evening, so it's working again.  All that remains is to put all my contacts back in!

I realised when I uploaded the photos that I had ISO set at 100 rather than auto, which resulted in a rather long exposure time, and hence some movement artefact.  Oh well - can't retake the photos, the food's all gone!
