The way I feel about work

Got canned for dubious reasons last Monday and am now 8 days into my 28 days  notice period.  Noticed this when I went for a slow night jog.  I feel like ranting and raving, but am old enough to know this will do no good, and is probably what my line manager wants me to do.  But I remain calm.  It's a small world.  What comes around, etc ....
