Sebastien discovered the cacti on the balcony today.

We also discovered that he seems to already know some of the alphabet. When I was reading Dr Suess' ABC's to him this evening, he started chanting "h, h, h" and "i, i, i" and "m, m, m" at the appropriate moments.

Freaky and exciting all at once, this language learning stuff.

He also enjoys pointing out each time he hears a plane or helicopter fly overhead, or each time a police or fire truck siren can be heard. Ah, the joys of growing up in the city...
