Tea Tussock Moth
According to Wiki:
'Both the larvae and the adult moths have "hairs" contain toxins that cause rashes, and even dizziness and nausea in humans.'
Such an innocuous little moth, surely a case of mistaken identity?
Known in Japan as the dreaded チャドクガ
